What if I am not in shape yet?

Don’t worry about being in shape yet…That’s the whole point! That is the beauty of doing an online workout and being able to train at home until you are comfortable going to a gym.  This program provides exercise modifications for those carrying extra weight, those with knee issues and those that just aren’t ready to jump and sprint.  I’ve got you!

Do I have to go to a gym?

No! These workouts can be done at home. Dumbbells would be a great addition but you can do a majority of the workouts without any equipment at all
